FITTING STRUCTURE FOR SOLAR PANEL
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fitting structure for a solar panel such that a solar panel can be easily, securely and efficiently installed at a top part of an existing flat folded-plate roof while inclined at a predetermined angle.SOLUTION: A fitting structure for a solar panel 1 such that the solar panel 1 is fixed to a top part 4 of a flat folded-plate roof 2 through metal fittings, a fitting frame, and a bolt includes: first metal fittings 10 mounted on and fixed to the top part 4 of the flat folded-plate roof 2; second metal fittings 20 mounted on and fixed to the top part 4 of the flat folded-plate roof 2; a column 40 mounted on and fixed to a mount piece part 21 of the second metal fittings 20; third metal fittings 30 fixed to an upper end part 40a of the column 40; and a fitting frame 50 which has the solar panel 1 fixed through fastening members 7, 8, and 9, and also has sides of both ends 50a and 50b fixed to an inclined piece part 13 of the first metal fittings 10 and an inclined piece part 32 of the third metal fittings 30 with bolts 62 and 70. A pair of fitting frames 50 are so arranged as to support a lower surface 1a of the solar panel 1.
【課題】既設の平坦な折板屋根の頂部にソーラーパネルを簡単かつ確実に効率良く所定角度傾斜させて設置できるソーラーパネルの取付構造を提供する。【解決手段】折板屋根2の頂部4にソーラーパネル1を取付金具と取付架台及びボルトを介して固定するようにしたソーラーパネル1の取付構造において、折板屋根2の頂部4に載置されて固定される第1の取付金具10と、折板屋根2の頂部4に載置されて固定される第2の取付金具20と、第2の取付金具20の載置片部21に載置されて固定される支柱40と、支柱40の上端部40aに固定される第3の取付金具30と、ソーラーパネル1を締結部材7,8,9を介して固定すると共に、第1の取付金具10の傾斜片部13と第3の取付金具30の傾斜片部32に両端50a,50b側が各ボルト62,70にて固定される取付架台50とを備え、取付架台50を、ソーラーパネル1の下面1aを支持するように一対配設した。【選択図】図2
