PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide heat transfer equipment and a building structure capable of absorbing hot air into a heat exchanger and efficiently lowering the temperature at the heat exchanger in midsummer, and of absorbing cold air into the heat exchanger and efficiently increasing the temperature at the heat exchanger in midwinter, thereby adjusting the indoor temperature more efficiently.SOLUTION: A heat transfer equipment 10 is composed of: a buried part 18 to be buried underground 16 below a house (architectural structure) 11; an intermediate part 20 which is fixed to the buried part 18 so that heat can be transferred; and a ground surface part 22 which is fixed to the intermediate part 20 so that heat can be transferred and has a fin 24 exposed to an underfloor space 28.
【課題】本発明は、真夏においては、高温の空気を熱交換器に取り込んで、熱交換器において温度を効率良く下げ、真冬においては、冷たい空気を熱交換器に取り込んで、熱交換器において温度を効率良く上げて、より効率良く屋内の温度調整を行える熱伝達器具及び建築物構造を提供することを目的とする。【解決手段】本発明の熱伝達器具10を、家屋(建築構造物)11の下方の地中16に埋設される埋設部18と、埋設部18に熱伝達可能に固定された中間部20と、中間部20に熱伝達可能に固定され、床下空間28に露出するフィン24を有する地表部22と、から構成した。【選択図】図1
