NON-AQUEOUS PRESS-FITTING MATERIAL FOR REPAIR
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a non-aqueous press-fitting material for repair using a binder that forms a dense structure and has excellent permeability into a gap even when an application temperature is in a temperature range exceeding 100°C and that permits water washing of construction equipment.SOLUTION: A non-aqueous press-fitting material for repair contains a refractory aggregate and a binder. The binder contains a water soluble liquid resol-type phenol resin and polyalcohol. When a total amount of the water soluble liquid resol-type phenol resin and the polyalcohol is 100 mass%, a blending amount of the polyalcohol is in a range of 5 to 60 mass%.
【課題】本発明の目的は、施工温度が１００℃を超える温度域であっても、緻密な組織を形成し、かつ隙間への浸透性に優れ、更に施工機器類の水洗浄可能なバインダーを使用した補修用非水系圧入材を提供することにある。【解決手段】本発明の補修用非水系圧入材は、耐火骨材及びバインダーを含有してなる補修用非水系圧入材において、バインダーが水溶性液状レゾール型フェノール樹脂と、多価アルコールを含有してなり水溶性液状レゾール型フェノール樹脂及び多価アルコールの合計量を１００質量％とした場合に、多価アルコールの配合量が５〜６０質量％の範囲内にあることを特徴とする。【選択図】なし
