MANUFACTURING METHOD OF CERAMIC FILTER CLUSTER, FILTRATION DEVICE AND FILTRATION SYSTEM
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a manufacturing method of a ceramic filter cluster that is gathered and integrated small tube-like ceramic filters of porous ceramics.SOLUTION: In a manufacturing method of a ceramic filter cluster 29 composed of multiple hollow pipe-like ceramic filters 2 of porous ceramics and a bridging 3 connecting a part of outside of two arbitrary neighboring ceramic filters 2 and fixing them integrally, while applying flux to be the bridging 3 by burning as spot to a desired point of multiple ceramic filter moldings to be the ceramic filters 2 by burning, the ceramic filter moldings are gathered, and after that, the ceramic molding and the flux are unified by burning at the same time.
【課題】多孔質セラミックスで細管状のセラミックフィルターを集合させ一体にしてなるセラミックフィルター集合体の製造方法を提供する。【解決手段】複数本の多孔質セラミックス製で中空管状のセラミックフィルター２と、隣り合う任意の２本の前記セラミックフィルター２の外側面の一部を接続して一体に固定する固定材３とからなるセラミックフィルター集合体の製造方法であって、焼成することでセラミックフィルター２となる複数本のセラミックフィルター成形体の所望箇所に、焼成することで固定材３となる溶材をスポット状に塗布しながら前記セラミックフィルター成形体を集合させた後、セラミック成形体と溶材とを同時焼成して一体化させることを特徴とするセラミックフィルター集合体の製造方法２９による。【選択図】図１
