PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a main rope stretching device that hardly incurs the risk of damage to a parapet and that also hardly incurs the risk of coming off the parapet.SOLUTION: A main rope stretching device 1 for stretching an approximately horizontal main rope 50 on an external floor 100 having a parapet 200 provided on an outer peripheral part includes: a pinching and gripping part 2 for pinching and gripping the parapet 200 by an outside abutting part 22 abutting on an outside surface 202 of the parapet 200 and an inside abutting part 24 abutting on an inside surface 204 of the parapet 200; a floor abutting part 3 that abuts on a surface of the external floor 100; and a main rope holding part 4 for holding the main rope 50.
【課題】パラペットを損傷させるおそれが少なく、また、パラペットから外れてしまうおそれも少ない親綱張設装置を提供する。【解決手段】外周部にパラペット２００を備えた外部床１００上に略水平な親綱５０を張設する為の親綱張設装置１であって、パラペット２００の外側面２０２に当接する外側当接部２２及びパラペット２００の内側面２０４に当接する内側当接部２４によってパラペット２００を挟掴する挟掴部２と、外部床１００の表面に当接する床当接部３と、親綱５０を保持する親綱保持部４と、を備える。【選択図】図３
