PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To highly accurately grasp the replacement timing of an electric lock, regardless of the existence of replacement of the electric lock.SOLUTION: An electric lock management system SY comprises an electric lock control device 1 including a card reader control part 5, an electric lock operation command part 4 and an operation history information storage part 8A and a monitoring center 12 including an operation frequency calculation part 17 and a replacement timing determination part 18 and connected via a communication line 13 to the electric lock control device 1, and the electric lock control device 1 comprises a power source monitoring circuit 11 for detecting power source supply and power source supply impossibility with every electric lock 2(1)-2(n), an operation history information auxiliary storage part 8B for newly storing operation history information of the electric lock operation command part 4 to an electric lock of becoming possible in the power source supply after detecting the power source supply impossibility and a history information updating command part 20 for specifying the electric lock 2 of becoming possible in the power source supply after the power source monitoring circuit 11 detects the power source supply impossibility.
【課題】電気錠の取り替えの有無にかかわらず、電気錠の交換時期を高精度で把握できるようにする。【解決手段】カードリーダ制御部5、電気錠動作指令部4及び動作履歴情報記憶部8Aを含む電気錠制御装置1と、動作回数算出部17及び取り替え時期判定部18を含み、前記電気錠制御装置1と通信回線13を介して接続される監視センタ12と、を有する電気錠管理システムSYにおいて、電気錠制御装置1が、電気錠毎2(1)〜2(n)の電源供給及び電源供給不能を検出する電源監視回路11と、電源供給不能を検出した後、電源供給が可能となった電気錠に対する電気錠動作指令部4の動作履歴情報を新たに記憶させる動作履歴情報補助記憶部8Bと、電源監視回路11が電源供給不能を検出した後、電源供給が可能となった電気錠2を特定する履歴情報更新指令部20とを備えた。【選択図】図1
