BASE-ISOLATION STRUCTURING METHOD OF EXISTING CONSTRUCTION
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To alleviate reinforcement accompanied by a cut of a column with respect to a reinforcing part which is formed at the surroundings of the column for supporting an upper structure to a base-isolation device when newly installing the base-isolation device at any layer such as a foundation or the like of an existing construction, and base-isolation structuring the upper structure which is divided from a lower structure at an installation layer of the base-isolation device.SOLUTION: When forming a reinforcing part 5 for supporting, to a base-isolation device 7, an upper structure 4 which is separated from a lower structure 3 with the base-isolation device 7 newly installed below a column 1 sandwiched therebetween at the surroundings of an existing column 1 to which a beam 2 is connected in two directions, a region in a lower part rather than a face which is inclined toward a side apart from the column 1 from a side which is shifted to the column 1 toward an upper side from a lower side of the beams 2 is cut and removed in a zone shifted to the column 1 of the beam 2, and the reinforcing part 5 which surrounds the column 1 is formed at the surroundings of the column 1 including the removed region 20 of the beam 2.
【課題】既存構造物の基礎等、いずれかの層に新たに免震装置を設置し、免震装置の設置層で下部構造から区分される上部構造を免震構造化する上で、上部構造を免震装置に支持させるために柱の周囲に形成される補強部に対する、柱の切断に伴う補強を軽減する。【解決手段】二方向に梁2が接続した既存の柱1の周囲に、柱1の下に新たに設置される免震装置7を挟んで下部構造3から分離する上部構造4を免震装置7に支持させるための補強部5を形成する上で、梁2の柱1寄りの区間において、梁2の下方側から上方側へかけ、柱1寄りの側から柱1から離れた側へ向かって傾斜した面より下方の領域を切断して除去し、梁2の除去部分20を含む柱1の周囲に、柱1を包囲する補強部5を形成する。【選択図】図1
