PROCESSING UNIT OF COMPACTION PROPERTY OF FRESH CONCRETE
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To determine compaction property of fresh concrete quickly and correctly, and have compaction conducted according to the compaction property.SOLUTION: A processing unit 200 for determining compaction property of fresh concrete, and a display device 300 for displaying a guideline of compaction work on the basis of the result of determination are provided. The processing unit 200 includes: acceleration and angular velocity calculating means 206 for obtaining vibration acceleration and vibration angular velocity of a rod-like vibrator 10 on the basis of a current value of the rod-like vibrator 10; fluid force calculating means 207 for obtaining fluid force received by the rod-like vibrator 10 with the use of the vibration acceleration and the vibration angular velocity; and viscosity coefficient calculating means 208 for obtaining a viscosity coefficient of fresh concrete with the use of the fluid force. The display device 300 includes display control means 301 and display means 302, thereby visibly displaying data of calculation results.
【課題】 迅速かつ正確に、フレッシュコンクリートの締固め特性を判定して、当該締固め特性に応じて締固めを行わせる。【解決手段】 フレッシュコンクリートの締固め特性を判定する演算装置200と、当該判定結果に基づいて、締固め作業の指針を表示する表示装置300とを備える。演算装置200は、棒状バイブレータ10の電流値に基づいて、当該棒状バイブレータ10の振動加速度及び振動角速度を求める加速度・角速度演算手段206と、振動加速度と振動角速度とを用いて、当該棒状バイブレータ10が受ける流体力を求める流体力演算手段207と、当該流体力を用いてフレッシュコンクリートの粘性係数を求める粘性係数演算手段208とを含む。表示装置300は、表示制御手段301と表示手段302とを含み、演算結果データを可視的に表示する。【選択図】図1
