FORCE FEED DRAINAGE DEVICE
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a force feed drainage device that does not receive influence of disturbance.SOLUTION: A drain water storage part 1 is formed with: an inflow port c1, into which drain water coming out of a water utilization facility flows, in the middle of a height of a peripheral surface part; and an inclined plane 6a which gradually descends toward a front bottom surface from the inflow port c1. A protective cylinder 4 is arranged in a standing shape in a position opposed to the inflow port c1, and a peripheral surface area directly opposed to the inflow port c1 is formed of a non-perforated plate 21 and a peripheral surface area on the opposite side of the inflow port c1 is formed of a perforated plate 22. A clearance f1 is also formed between the lower edge of the perforated plate 22 and a bottom surface of the drain water storage part. A water level sensor part 3 is arranged in the protective cylinder 4 for detecting a water level of drain water in the drain water storage part 1 for controlling operation of submerged pumps 2a and 2b. The submerged pumps 2a and 2b are arranged on both sides of the clearance between the lower edge of the perforated plate 22 formed in the protective cylinder 4 and the bottom surface of the drain water storage part, and each of which comprises an impeller for rotating around the vertical axis and a suction port provided at an interval toward the bottom surface.
【課題】外乱の影響を受けない圧送排水装置を提供すること。【解決手段】排水貯溜部1には、周面部の高さ途中に水利用設備から出る排水が流入する流入口c1が形成され、流入口c1から前方底面へ向け漸次に降下する斜面6aが形成されている。流入口c1と対面する位置に起立状に保護筒4が配置され、流入口c1と正対する周面領域が無孔板21で形成され、流入口c1の反対側の周面領域を有孔板22で形成されている。また、有孔板22の下端縁と底面との間には隙間f1が形成されている。保護筒4内には、水中ポンプ2a、2bの作動を制御するため、排水貯溜部1内の排水の水位を検出する水位センサ部3が配置されている。水中ポンプ2a、2bは、保護筒4に形成された有孔板22の下端縁と底面との間に隙間の両側に配置され、縦軸まわりに回転するインペラと底面に向けて間隔を開けて設けられた吸引口を有している。【選択図】図1
