TILT METAL FITTING FOR APPARATUS ATTACHMENT
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a tilt metal fitting for apparatus attachment capable of being used in common as a lower bracket and an upper bracket and capable of improving workability in attaching an apparatus to a pillar at a desired elevation/depression angle by using the common fittings.SOLUTION: A tilt metal fitting for apparatus attachment includes: a pillar side metal fitting 11 to be attached to a pillar; and an apparatus side metal fitting 12 to be attached to an apparatus. The pillar side metal fitting 11 has: an elevation/depression angle adjustment bolt 8a, which is inserted into the pillar side metal fitting 11, for adjusting an elevation/depression angle of the apparatus to the pillar; and an elevation/depression angle adjustment long hole 11b1 which is curved and has a length corresponding to the magnitude of the elevation/depression angle. The apparatus side metal fitting 12 includes an elevation/depression angle adjustment bolt hole which is formed on the apparatus side metal fitting 12, and into which the elevation/depression angle adjustment bolt 8a is to be inserted. A elevation/depression angle adjustment bolt engagement part 11b2 for inhibiting the elevation/depression angle adjustment bolt 8a in a state where the bolt has been fitted and its rotation angle has not been changed from shifting along the elevation/depression angle adjustment long hole 11b1 is formed on a base end part on the pillar side of the elevation/depression angle adjustment long hole 11b1 in the pillar side metal fitting 11.
【課題】下部ブラケットおよび上部ブラケットとして共用できると共に、共用した上で機器を所望の仰俯角で柱に取り付ける際の作業性を向上させることができる機器取付用チルト金具を提供すること。【解決手段】柱に取り付けられる柱側金具１１と、機器に取り付けられる機器側金具１２とを有し、柱側金具１１には、柱に対する機器の仰俯角を調整するため仰俯角調整ボルト８ａが挿入され、その仰俯角の大きさに応じた長さを有すると共に湾曲した仰俯角調整用長孔１１ｂ１を設ける一方、機器側金具１２には、仰俯角調整ボルト８ａが挿入される仰俯角調整ボルト孔が形成されており、柱側金具１１における仰俯角調整用長孔１１ｂ１の柱側となる基端部には、仰俯角調整ボルト８ａが嵌ってその回転角度のままでは仰俯角調整用長孔１１ｂ１に沿った移動を禁止させる仰俯角調整ボルト嵌合部１１ｂ２が形成されている。【選択図】図９
