ROOF TRUSS UNIT, AND ROOF TRUSS STRUCTURE
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a roof truss unit by which a roof unit can be enlarged in accordance with a building such as a large storehouse, factory or mass retailer, a weight is prevented from being made excessive with the enlargement and further, there is no risk of strength reduction of roof truss, and a roof truss structure.SOLUTION: A roof truss unit U includes: a truss chord member 1 in which at least either upper chord members 11 and 11 or a lower chord members 12 is formed from a plate including joint parts 11a and 12a where a plurality of plates are linearly joined; a truss web member 2 including any one of a vertical member 21 and an oblique member 22 as a constituent member; gazette plates 3, 3... attached to nodes which are junction portions of the truss chord member 1 or the truss web member 2; and a splint member 4 attached to the joint parts 11a and 12a of the truss chord member 1. Further, a length of the splint member 4 is matched to an interval between the gazette plates 3 and 3 positioned at both sides of the joint parts 11a and 12a of the upper chord member 11 or the lower chord member 12.
【課題】 大型の倉庫や工場、量販店等の建築物に合わせて屋根ユニットを大型化することができ、また大型化に伴って重量が過大になることもなく、しかも、小屋組みの強度低下の心配もない屋根トラスユニット、及び屋根トラス構造体を提供すること。【解決手段】 上弦材11・11と下弦材12の少なくとも一方が、複数の板材を直線状に継いだ継目部11a・12aを有する板材によって構成されたトラス弦材1と;構成部材として垂直材21及び斜材22の何れかを含むトラス腹材2と;前記トラス弦材1やトラス腹材2の接合部位である各節点に張り付けられたガゼットプレート3・3…と;前記トラス弦材1の継目部11a・12aに張り付けられた添え木材4とを含んで屋根トラスユニットUを構成し、更に前記添え木材4の長さを、上弦材11または下弦材12の継目部11a・12aの両側に位置するガゼットプレート3・3間の間隔に一致した長さとした。【選択図】 図1
