PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a window opening/closing device which can reduce labor for attachment to a window and the like and which is wholly miniaturized to make an appearance of the window good.SOLUTION: In a window according to the present invention, a sash 4 is supported in the state of being swingable inward and outward directions of a building, within a window frame 2 arranged in an opening formed in an exterior wall of the building. In a window opening/closing device of the present invention, a cylinder-like braking member 11 is laid across the window frame 2 and the sash 4. A body 12 of the braking member 11 accommodates a first coil spring 17 for urging the sash 4 in an opening direction, and a second coil spring 18 for elastically receiving the sash 4 when the sash 4 is closed to a predetermined angle.
【課題】窓への取り付けの手間などを軽減できるうえに、装置全体としてはコンパクト化されて窓の見栄えのよい窓開閉装置を提供する。【解決手段】本発明に係る窓は、建物の外壁に形成した開口に配置した窓枠２内に、障子４を建物の内外方向に揺動可能な状態で支持している。本発明の窓開閉装置は、窓枠２と障子４とに亘って、シリンダー形状の制動部材１１を掛け渡している。その制動部材１１の本体１２内には、障子４を開く方向へ付勢する第１コイルバネ１７と、障子４が所定の角度まで閉じたときに当該障子４を弾性的に受け止める第２コイルバネ１８とを収容している。【選択図】 図１
