PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a column-beam structure that includes a composite beam configured to equalize stress.SOLUTION: A column-beam structure includes two column members Aand Aand a composite beam B that is laid between both of the column members. The composite beam B comprises a pair of first beam parts Bthat are beam end members of the composite beam, and a second beam part Bthat forms a longitudinal central part of the composite beam. The base end side of the first beam part Bis rigidly joined to each column member, and the tip side of the first beam part Band the end side of the second beam part Bare pin-joined together.
