DRAIN PIPE JOINT
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To further easily block up a drain passage in a fire, in a resin drain pipe joint backfilled by penetrating through a floor slab for partitioning an upper floor and a lower floor of a building structure.SOLUTION: A drain pipe joint comprises an upper body part 30 and a lower body part 40, and an interior finish member 50 fitted inside the lower body part 40, the lower body part 40 comprises a taper part 43 being a part backfilled in a floor slab C and forming a downward narrowing flow passage, the interior finish member 50 comprises a body part 51 composed of a thermoplastic resin and a thermal-expansion part 61 composed of a thermal-expansive material of expanding by heat of a fire, the body part 51 comprises a cylindrical part 52 fitted to the inside of the lower body part 40 and guides 54 and 56 supported on the lower side of the cylindrical part 52, overhanging to the inside of the lower body part 41, guiding flowing-down drain water and packed in the taper part 43 by melting by the heat of the fire, and the thermal-expansion part 61 is provided in an annular shape along the outer periphery of the cylindrical part 52, and is arranged in a state of being buried in the floor slab C.
【課題】建造物の上階と下階とを仕切る床スラブを貫通して埋め戻される樹脂製の排水管継手において、より容易に火災時に排水経路を閉塞可能とする。【解決手段】上胴部30と、下胴部40と、を備えるとともに、下胴部40の内側に嵌め込まれる内装部材50を備え、下胴部40は、床スラブCに埋め戻される部分であり、下方に窄まる流路を形成するテーパ部43を備え、内装部材50は、熱可塑性樹脂からなる本体部51と、火災の熱により膨張する熱膨張性材料からなる熱膨張部61と、を備え、本体部51は、下胴部40の内側に嵌る筒状部52と、筒状部52の下側に支持され下胴部41の内方に張り出し、流下する排水を導くとともに、火災の熱により溶けてテーパ部43に詰まるガイド54,56と、を備え、熱膨張部61は、筒状部52の外周に沿って環状に設けられて、床スラブCに埋まった状態で配置される。【選択図】図2
