PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a switchgear capable of forming a string-like member not as a loop-shaped endless member but as an ended member, and capable of simplifying a structure as a whole.SOLUTION: This device comprises a water cutoff panel 10 of becoming an opening-closing body movable for opening-closing, a roller chain 24 connected to this water cutoff panel 10 and becoming a flexible string-like member and a sprocket wheel 15 of becoming a rotary member wound around with this roller chain 24, and the water cutoff panel 10 opens-closes a part of an opening part by the movement of the roller chain 24 by reciprocal rotation of the sprocket wheel 15, and the roller chain 24 becomes an ended member, and an area of making compressive force act from the sprocket wheel 15 for moving the water cutoff panel 10, exists in this ended roller chain 24, and deflective deformation of this area is checked by deflective deformation checking means 25.
【課題】紐状部材を、ループ状の無端部材ではなくて、有端部材とすることができ、全体的に構造の簡単化を図ることができる開閉装置を提供すること。【解決手段】本装置は、開閉移動可能の開閉体となっている止水パネル１０と、この止水パネル１０に連結され、可撓性を有する紐状部材となっているローラチェーン２４と、このローラチェーン２４が掛け回されている回転部材となっているスプロケットホイール１５とを含んで構成され、スプロケットホイール１５の正逆回転によるローラチェーン２４の移動により止水パネル１０が開口部の一部を開閉するものであり、ローラチェーン２４は有端部材となっており、この有端ローラチェーン２４には、止水パネル１０を移動させるためにスプロケットホイール１５から圧縮力が作用する領域が存在し、この領域の撓み変形が撓み変形阻止手段２５により阻止される。【選択図】図４
