METHOD FOR EVALUATING WORKABILITY OF FRESH CONCRETE, AND METHOD FOR MIX PROPORTION DESIGN
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for evaluating workability of fresh concrete by simply and highly accurately estimating it without using a special testing device.SOLUTION: The fresh concrete workability evaluation method includes: calculating an estimated value of a void passing speed (V) by using the following expression; and evaluating the workability of the estimated value. (1) V=0.34C+0.79(s/a)-4.40(f*f)-50.60 In the expression, V represents the void passing speed (mm/s), C represents a unit cement amount (kg/m) in the concrete, s/a represents a ratio (%) of fine aggregates, frepresents a fineness modulus of the fine aggregates, and frepresents a fineness modulus of coarse aggregates.
【課題】本発明は、特別な試験装置を用いることなく、フレッシュコンクリートの施工性を、簡便かつ精度よく予測して評価する方法を提供する。【解決手段】本発明は、下記(1)式を用いて間隙通過速度(V)の予測値を求め、該予測値から施工性を評価する、フレッシュコンクリートの施工性評価方法である。V=0.34C+0.79(s/a)−4.40(fS・fG)−50.60 ・・・(1)ただし、(1)式中のVは間隙通過速度(mm/s)を表し、Cはコンクリート中の単位セメント量(kg/m3)を表し、s/aは細骨材率(%)を表し、fSは細骨材の粗粒率を表し、fGは粗骨材の粗粒率を表す。【選択図】図2
