PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a decorative sheet having excellent moldability while coping with a request for a thinner film, and having designability such as texture (tactile feeling) and external appearance including finishing.SOLUTION: A decorative sheet includes a decorative layer and a surface protective layer in this order on a substrate sheet consisting of polyester resin or polyolefin resin. The total thickness thereof is 70-135 μm. At least the surface protective layer has a concave shape. The maximum depth of the concave shape is 15-100% with regard to the total thickness, and 15 μm or more. The ratio of tensile elasticity at 120°C and 20°C is 1:12-1:160. The ratio of maximum point load at 120°C and 20°C when drawn by 30 mm is 1:1.7-1:30.
【課題】薄膜化への要望に対応しつつ、優れた成形加工性を有し、かつ仕上がりを含めた外観や質感（触感）等を含めた意匠性を有する化粧シートを提供すること。【解決手段】ポリエステル樹脂又はポリオレフィン樹脂により構成される基材シート上に、装飾層、表面保護層を順に有し、総厚さが７０〜１３５μｍであり、少なくとも該表面保護層が凹形状を有しており、該凹形状の最大深さが該総厚さに対して１５〜１００％であり、かつ１５μｍ以上であり、１２０℃と２０℃とにおける引張弾性率の比率が１：１２〜１：１６０であり、１２０℃と２０℃とにおける３０ｍｍ延伸時の最大点荷重の比率が１：１．７〜１：３０である化粧シート。【選択図】図１
