PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To treat waste liquid discharged from a kitchen or the like so as to meet effluent quality standards before being discharged to a grease trap or to the outside.SOLUTION: Waste liquid flowing in from a discharge source is stored in a storage tank, a treatment agent is supplied into the storage tank, the waste liquid and the treatment agent in the storage tank are agitated in the storage tank, and treated waste liquid can be discharged from the storage tank to a grease trap or to the outside without through the grease trap. The waste liquid flowing in from the discharge source and the treatment agent are agitated by a pump, and can be discharged from the pump to the grease trap or to the outside without through the grease trap. The waste liquid that has been subjected to the agitation treatment is further agitated and then can be discharged to the grease trap or to the outside without through the grease trap.
【課題】 厨房等から排出される排液を、グリストラップ或いは外部へ排出する前に、排出適合基準に適合するように処理する。【解決手段】 排出元から流入する排液を貯留槽内に貯留し、貯留槽内に処理剤を供給して、貯留槽内の排液と処理剤を貯留槽内で攪拌し、処理済み排液を貯留槽からグリストラップに又はグリストラップを通さず外部に排出可能とした。排出元から流入する排液と処理剤をポンプで攪拌して、そのポンプからグリストラップに又はグリストラップを通さず外部に排出可能とした。攪拌処理した排液を更に攪拌処理してから、グリストラップに又はグリストラップを通さず外部に排出可能とした。【選択図】 図１
