REMOTE MANAGEMENT CONTROL SYSTEM OF CLARIFIER
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To integrally manage a plurality of clarifiers by remote-controlling a plurality of clarifiers regarding reverse washing timing of a reverse washing process in the case where water quality of raw water fluctuates.SOLUTION: A remote management control system comprises: a plurality of clarifiers 2a to 2c which removes pollutant contained in raw water W1 introduced from the same water source 4 to produce processed water W2; a remote control part 51 which remote-controls the plurality of clarifiers 2a to 2c; and analysis data storage part 52 which stores analysis data of the concentration of pollutant of the acquired raw water W1. The remote control part 51, in the case where a width of fluctuation over time of the concentration of pollutant stored in the analysis data storage part 52 is outside a predetermined range, calculates reverse washing timing on the basis of specification information including information of a removable amount of pollutant and recent information of the analysis data regarding the concentration of pollutant, and changes setting by remote control such that each of the plurality of clarifiers 2a to 2c has calculated reverse washing timing.
【課題】原水の水質に変動が生じた場合に、逆洗浄プロセスの逆洗浄タイミングについて、複数の除濁装置を遠隔制御することにより、複数の除濁装置を総合的に管理する。【解決手段】同一水源４から導入される原水Ｗ１に含まれる汚濁物質を除去して処理水Ｗ２を製造する複数の除濁装置２ａ〜２ｃと、複数の除濁装置２ａ〜２ｃを遠隔制御する遠隔制御部５１と、取得された原水Ｗ１の汚濁物質濃度の分析データを格納する分析データ格納部５２とを備え、遠隔制御部５１は、分析データ格納部５２に格納された汚濁物質濃度の経時変動幅が所定の範囲外の場合に、汚濁物質の除去可能量の情報を含む仕様情報と、汚濁物質濃度に係る分析データの近時情報とに基づいて、逆洗浄タイミングを計算し、複数の除濁装置２ａ〜２ｃそれぞれに対し、計算した逆洗浄タイミングとなるように遠隔制御により設定変更する。【選択図】図１
