GROUND INJECTION METHOD AND INJECTION MATERIAL MANUFACTURING APPARATUS
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a ground injection method which is excellent particularly in permeability, durability, economical efficiency and the like and which can be applied to not only ground reinforcement and cut-off but also liquefaction countermeasure work, an injection material manufacturing apparatus, and a ground injection material.SOLUTION: Fine-grained fractions of ground are increased by injecting an injection material, which are changed into fine particles, into the ground, and ground density is increased for ground reinforcement. Operations for changing the injection material into the fine particles are performed by making WC water generate a swirl flow under pressure within a swirl flow injection nozzle 4 formed in a funnel shape having a diameter gradually decreased in a liquid feed direction, and making the swirl flow jetted into the WC water in a water tank 1 from a tip of the swirl flow injection nozzle 4.
【課題】特に浸透性、耐久性および経済性等にもすぐれ、また地盤強化や止水目的のみならず、液状化対策工にも適用できる地盤注入工法、注入材製造装置および地盤注入材を提供する。【解決手段】微細粒子化した注入材を地盤に注入して地盤の細粒分を増加させ、地盤密度を増大させることにより地盤を強化する。微細粒子化は、送液方向に徐々に小径をなすじょうご状に形成された旋回流噴射ノズル4内で、WC水に、加圧下で、旋回流を生じせしめ、旋回流噴射ノズル4の先端より水槽1のWC水内に噴射させることにより行う。【選択図】 図7
