EARTHQUAKE STRENGTHENING METHOD OF EXISTING BUILDING AND EARTHQUAKE STRENGTHENING STRUCTURE OF EXISTING BUILDING
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an earthquake strengthening method of an existing building capable of reducing a horizontal force applied to the existing building by sharing the horizontal force by a reinforcement member and a ground anchor which are added afterward.SOLUTION: The earthquake strengthening method of an existing building 1 includes the steps of: adding and connecting reinforcement members (frames 2) to the existing building 1; installing ground anchors 4 in the ground 3; connecting tension members 5 to the existing building 1; and tightening the tension members 5 so that central axes extend at an angle relative to the reinforcement member 2 and a horizontal plane of the existing building 1. With this, the horizontal force applied to the existing building 1 is borne by both of the reinforcement member 2 and the ground anchor 4.
【課題】既存建物に後付けされる補強部材と地盤アンカーとを用いて既存建物に加わる水平力を当該補強部材及び地盤アンカーの両方に負担させるようにすることで既存建物が負担する水平力をより減少させることが可能な既存建物の耐震補強方法等を提供する。【解決手段】既存建物1の耐震補強方法は、既存建物1に補強部材(フレーム2)を後付けにて連結し、補強部材2と既存建物1の水平面に対して中心軸が斜めに延長するように地盤3に設置された地盤アンカー4とを引張材5で連結して引張材5を緊張させることによって、既存建物1に加わる水平力を補強部材1及び地盤アンカー4の両方に負担させるようにした。【選択図】図1
