COLUMN-BEAM CONNECTION STRUCTURE OF UNIT TYPE BUILDING
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a column-beam connection structure of a unit type building capable of suitably connecting a partial beam formed of a pair of a girder or the girder to a column of an adjacent building unit.SOLUTION: A building is constituted by mutually connecting a plurality of building units. Two building units 20A and 20B laterally provided side by side are provided as the building unit. The building unit 20B comprises a partial beam 35 formed by removing a part of a floor girder 23. The partial beam 35 is oppositely arranged to a column 21X of the building unit 20. A connection bracket 70 for connecting the partial beam 35 to the column 21X is provided in an opposed part between the partial beam 35 and the column 21X. The connection bracket 70 comprises a beam fixing plate part 71 fixed to an outside surface of a web 35a of the partial beam 35 and a column fixing plate part 72 fixed by a tapping screw 78 to a side surface 21b orthogonal to a side surface 21a opposed to the partial beam 35 in the column 21X.
【課題】大梁の一部よりなる部分梁又は大梁を隣りの建物ユニットの柱に好適に連結することが可能なユニット式建物の柱梁連結構造を提供する。【解決手段】建物は、複数の建物ユニットが互いに連結されることにより構成されている。建物ユニットとして、横並びで設けられた２つの建物ユニット２０Ａ，２０Ｂを備える。建物ユニット２０Ｂは、床大梁２３の一部が除かれることにより形成された部分梁３５を備える。部分梁３５は、建物ユニット２０Ａの柱２１Ｘに対向して配置されている。部分梁３５と柱２１Ｘとの対向部分には、部分梁３５を柱２１Ｘに連結する連結ブラケット７０が設けられている。連結ブラケット７０は、部分梁３５のウェブ３５ａの外側面に固定された梁固定板部７１と、柱２１Ｘにおいて部分梁３５と対向する側面２１ａと直交する側面２１ｂにタッピングネジ７８により固定された柱固定板部７２とを備える。【選択図】 図５
