REPAIR METHOD FOR FOUNDATION PART OF STEEL BRIDGE PIER
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable simple repair to be performed in a small number of days for construction in such a manner as to make durability high.SOLUTION: A repair surface of a foundation part of a steel bridge pier is coated with an adhesive material in which silica sand is mixed as aggregate into a high-durability epoxy resin adhesive. A repair material, in which water, a curable cement-based composite material, a high-performance AE water-reducing agent, a shrinkage reducing agent and an air conditioning agent are blended, is applied to the repair surface by plastering, or poured by installing a form. Thus, coating is applied while securing a predetermined thickness.
【課題】耐久性が高く、少ない施工日数で、簡易に補修できる。【解決手段】高耐久性エポキシ樹脂接着剤に骨材として珪砂を混ぜ合わせた接着材料を鋼製橋脚の基礎部の補修面に塗布し、水、硬化型セメント系複合材料、高性能AE減水剤、収縮低減剤、空気調整剤を配合してなる補修材料を補修面に左官で塗りつける、ないしは、型枠を設置し流し込むことで所定の厚さを確保して被覆施工する。【選択図】 図1
