CONSTRUCTION METHOD OF MULTILAYER IMPERVIOUS STRUCTURE
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a construction method of a multilayer impervious structure, for restraining a sharp rise in construction cost, and shortening a construction period, by reducing a use amount of a hardener, by forming a solidification wall established in the ground in a necessary minimum size, by establishing the solidification wall only in the necessary depth in the ground.SOLUTION: A construction method of a multilayer impervious structure comprises: a solidification wall establishing process of establishing a solidification wall T of a vertical directional wall shape in the ground by inserting a pipe rod up to a predetermined depth into the ground, injecting a hardener from three injection nozzles provided in the pipe rod after the insertion, injecting the hardener in a predetermined range from the three injection nozzles, and repeatedly executing the above processes upward; and an impervious plate installation process of installing an impervious plate S by inserting it vertically into the solidification wall T before the solidification wall T is hardened after the solidification wall establishing process.
【課題】地盤中に固結壁を必要な深度のみに造成し、地盤中に造成する固結壁を必要最小限の大きさにすることにより、硬化材の使用量を減らして工費の高騰を抑えると共に、工期の短縮を図るようにした多層遮水構造体の構築方法を提供する。【解決手段】地盤中に管ロッドを所定深度まで挿入し、挿入後、管ロッドに設けた3個の噴射ノズルから硬化材を噴射し、この3個の噴射ノズルからの硬化材の噴射を所定の範囲に行い、これを上方に向かって繰り返し行うことにより、地盤中に縦向きの壁形の固結壁Tを造成する固結壁造成工程と、この固結壁造成工程後の固結壁Tが固まる前に、この固結壁T内に遮水板Sを縦に向けて挿入して設置する遮水板設置工程と、からなる多層遮水構造体の構築方法である。【選択図】図10
