CONNECTION STRUCTURE FOR UNIT BUILDING AND UNIT BUILDING
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide the connection structure of a unit building capable of securing strength necessary for maintaining the original characteristics of a framework structure.SOLUTION: In the connection structure of a unit building composed of a plurality of building units adjacent to each other, each having a framework formed of a ceiling beam 13, a floor beam, and a column 11, a gap 101 is formed between at least a pair of building units 1A and 1B arranged side by side, and the ceiling beams 13 and 13 opposed to each other across the gap 101 are connected by connection members 2 and 2 at both ends in the vicinity of a junction with the column 11, and the connection member includes: a pair of end plates 21 and 21 extended along the ceiling beams opposed to each other across the gap; a pair of width direction side wall parts 221 and 221 for connecting those end plates; and a face material part 222 for plugging the inside of an outer shell formed thereof.
【課題】骨組構造体本来の特性を維持したうえで必要な強度が確保できるユニット建物の連結構造を提供する。【解決手段】天井梁13と床梁と柱11とによって骨組みが形成される建物ユニットを複数、隣接させて構成されるユニット建物の連結構造であり、少なくとも一対の並設された建物ユニット1A,1B間には隙間101が形成されて、その隙間101の対向する天井梁13,13間は、柱11との接合部の近傍となる両端で連結部材2,2によって連結され、連結部材は、隙間の対向する天井梁に沿って延設される一対のエンドプレート21,21と、それらのエンドプレート間を接続させる一対の幅方向側壁部221,221と、これらによって形成された外郭の内側を塞ぐ面材部222とを備えている。【選択図】図1
