MANUFACTURING METHOD OF DECORATIVE BUILDING BOARD
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for manufacturing a decorative building board for forming an image of high design, by restraining generation of a satellite by an ink drop, by using an inkjet recorder for a base material of a building material in which irregularity exists on a printing surface by surface processing.SOLUTION: A manufacturing method of a decorative building board includes printing on a building board 1 including a metal system base material 2 by discharging active ray-curable black color ink from an inkjet recording head under an atmosphere of absolute humidity less than 9 g/m3. In the manufacturing method of the decorative building board, a surface of the building board 1 has irregularity, and a distance (h) from the inkjet recording head 4 and the surface most apex part is 1 mm or more, and a distance (d+h) from the most bottom part is 9 mm or less, and the printing time building board 1 is heated to 5°C or more than the temperature of discharged black color ink.
【課題】表面加工等により印刷面に凹凸が存在する建築材の基材にインクジェット記録装置を用いて、インキ滴によるサテライトの生成を抑えた、意匠性の高い画像を形成した化粧建築板を製造する方法の提供。【解決手段】金属系基材2を含む建築板1に、絶対湿度9g/m3未満の雰囲気下で活性光線硬化型黒色インキをインクジェット記録ヘッド4から吐出して印刷することを含む、化粧建築板の製造方法であって、建築板1の表面が凹凸を有し、インクジェット記録ヘッド4と表面最頂部からの距離hが1mm以上かつ、最底部からの距離d+hが9mm以下であり、印刷時の建築板1が吐出される黒色インキの温度より5?C以上に加熱されている化粧建築板の製造方法。【選択図】図1
