METHOD OF SPRAYING ULTRAHIGH STRENGTH FIBER-REINFORCED MORTAR
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a technique of spraying ultrahigh strength fiber-reinforced mortar which allows development of required strength with good application efficiency at good costs.SOLUTION: A method of spraying ultrahigh strength fiber-reinforced mortar comprises adding 0.05-0.8%, based on the solid content and the weight ratio to the weight of a powder 4 containing a cement 1, silica fume 2 and fine aggregate 3, of an accelerating agent to a blend material comprising the cement 1, the silica fume 2, the fine aggregate 3, water 6, a water reducing agent 7 and a high-tensile-strength fiber 8 to form ultrahigh strength fiber-reinforced mortar 10 and spraying the ultrahigh strength fiber-reinforced mortar 10.
【課題】良好な施工効率及びコストの下、必要な強度発現を図ることの出来る超高強度繊維補強モルタルの吹付技術を提供する。【解決手段】超高強度繊維補強モルタルの吹付に際し、セメント1、シリカフューム2、細骨材3、水6、減水剤7、および高張力繊維8を含む配合材に対し、セメント1とシリカフューム2と細骨材3とを含む粉体4との重量比において、固形成分換算で0.05〜0.8%の急結剤5を添加して超高強度繊維補強モルタル10を生成し、当該超高強度繊維補強モルタル10を吹付施工する。【選択図】図1
