PIPE CONNECTION STRUCTURE AND SINK DRAINAGE STRUCTURE WITH THE PIPE CONNECTION STRUCTURE
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pipe connection structure that allows simpler connection than a cap nut-type connection and offers stable sealability even when external force acts on the pipe.SOLUTION: A pipe connection structure connects a connecting pipe 1 to a socket 4 by inserting a pipe end of the connecting pipe 1 into the socket 4 having a flange and then using a lock member 5 having a hook part 5c that is elastically hung on the flange 4b of the socket 4 from the connecting pipe 1 side. The connecting pipe 1 has annular grooves 1a on the outer peripheral surface, as well as a seal ring 6 fitted on one of the annular grooves located inside the socket 4, and an arch-shaped stopper ring 7 fitted on the other annular groove 1a exposed at an insertion port 4a of the socket 4. When pipes are connected by the lock member 5, an outer edge part 7b of the stopper ring 7 is sandwiched between perpendicular edge surfaces 5d and 4c of the lock member 5 and the socket 4.
【課題】袋ナット方式よりも簡単に接続でき、しかも管に外力が作用したときでも安定したシール性を発揮する管の接続構造を提供する。【解決手段】接続管1の管端部をフランジ付きの受け口4に挿入し、接続管1側から受け口4のフランジ4bに弾性的に掛止するフック部5cを有するロック部材5によって接続管1を受け口4に連結する管接続構造であって、接続管1の外周面には環状溝1aを設けると共に、受け口4の内部に位置する一方の環状溝1aに装着するシールリング6と、受け口4の挿入口4aに露出する他方の環状溝1aに装着する円弧状のストッパーリング7とを備え、ロック部材5による連結時に、ストッパーリング7の外縁部7bをロック部材5と受け口4の垂直な端面5d,4c間で挟み込む。【選択図】図1
