FACILITY RENEWAL METHOD AND REPORTING DEVICE FOR FACILITY RENEWAL
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an inexpensive facility renewal method and reporting device for facility renewal for making it possible to appropriately detect a water level to perform reporting to an external monitoring device even at the time of outage.SOLUTION: For an existing control panel device comprising a water level converter 3 for converting an output signal of a water level gauge 15 installed in a manhole to a predetermined water level signal, a control circuit 2 for controlling a submersible pump 12 on the basis of the water level signal input from the water level converter 3, and a reporting device 4 for externally transmitting operation information on a manhole facility; a renewal reporting device that has a backup battery, comprises a water level conversion function for converting the water level gauge's output signal input through a terminal connected to the water level gauge to the predetermined water level signal, and externally transmits the operation information on the manhole facility on the basis of the water level signal and a pump control signal input from the control circuit is installed in place of the existing water level converter and reporting device.
【課題】停電時にも適切に水位を検知して外部の監視装置に通報が可能になる安価な設備更新方法及び設備更新用の通報装置を提供する。【解決手段】マンホールに設置された水位計15の出力信号を所定の水位信号に変換する水位変換器3と、水位変換器3から入力される水位信号に基づいて水中ポンプ12を制御する制御回路2と、マンホール設備の稼働情報を外部に送信する通報装置4とを備えた既設の制御盤装置に対して、バッテリーバックアップされ、水位計と接続する端子を介して入力される水位計の出力信号を所定の水位信号に変換する水位変換機能を備え、水位信号及び制御回路から入力されるポンプ制御信号に基づいてマンホール設備の稼働情報を外部に送信する更新用の通報装置を既設の水位変換器及び通報装置に代えて設置する。【選択図】図2
