DRAIN VALVE DEVICE AND WASH WATER TANK DEVICE WITH THE SAME
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent a drain valve from being closed early and to stabilize the discharge amount of wash water even when pressure loss at a drainage destination of the wash water is small in constitution that utilizes buoyance by a float for an opening/closing operation for the drain valve opening and closing a drain port for draining the wash water.SOLUTION: A drain valve device 40 includes: a valve member 55 which opens and closes a drain port 14; a float 50 which acts on the valve member 55; a water storage cylinder 43 which has the float 50 arranged inside; and a rotation transmission member 32 which lifts the valve member 55 through a first ball chain 35 to open the drain port 14. The valve member 55 is configured to descend associatively with the float 50 descending as the water level in the water storage cylinder 43 falls and then to close the drain port 14, and the float 50 is configured to generate a buoyancy for raising the valve member 55 to a second height position higher than a first height position where the valve member is lifted by the rotation transmission member 32 through the first ball chain 35.
【課題】洗浄水を排出する排水口を開閉する排水弁の開閉動作にフロートによる浮力を利用した構成において、洗浄水の排出先における圧力損失が小さい場合であっても、排水弁の早閉まりを防止し、洗浄水の排出量を安定させる。【解決手段】排水弁装置40は、排水口14を開閉する弁部材55と、弁部材55に作用するフロート50と、フロート50を内部に配した貯水筒43と、第1の玉鎖35を介して弁部材55を引き上げ、排水口14を開放させる回動伝達部材32とを備え、弁部材55は、貯水筒43内の水位の低下にともなって下降するフロート50と連動して下降し、排水口14を閉じるように構成され、フロート50は、回動伝達部材32により第1の玉鎖35を介して引き上げられる第1高さ位置より高い第2高さ位置へと弁部材55を上昇させる浮力を発生させるように構成されている。【選択図】図9
