PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a weed-proof sheet capable of preventing water from remaining on the surface thereof and also suppressing plants such as weeds from growing.SOLUTION: The weed-proof sheet is produced by laminating a reinforcement layer containing long fiber nonwoven fabric, a shading layer containing asphalt, and a water-retaining layer containing short fiber nonwoven fabric in this order from the ground side. The apparent density of the short fiber nonwoven fabric may be approximately 0.04-0.1 g/cm. The total thickness of the weed-proof sheet may be 2.5 mm or less. A plurality of weed-proof sheets may be laid on the ground to suppress the plant from growing. Specifically, the weed-proof sheets may be laid in such a manner that end parts in a direction approximately vertical to the inclination direction of a slope face are layered with each other and the end part on the upper side of the slope face may be layered on the end part on the lower side of the slope face.
【課題】表面での水溜まりを防止でき、かつ雑草などの植物の生育も抑制できる防草シートを提供する。【解決手段】長繊維不織布を含む補強層、アスファルトを含む遮光層、短繊維不織布を含む保水層を地面側からのこの順序で順次積層して防草シートを作製する。前記短繊維不織布の見掛密度は０．０４〜０．１ｇ／ｃｍ３程度であってもよい。防草シートの総厚みは２．５ｍｍ以下であってもよい。この防草シートを複数地面に敷設して植物の生育を抑制してもよく、特に、法面の傾斜方向に略垂直な方向の端部同士を積層し、かつ法面の下側の端部の上に法面の上側の端部を積層してもよい。【選択図】なし
