NUT FASTENING TOOL AND FASTENING METHOD OF NUT WITH WASHER
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a nut fastening tool capable of bringing an undersurface of a washer part into close contact with a counterbore part without a gap, and applying a sufficient tensile force to an anchor bolt when fastening a nut with a washer to the counterbore part on an upper surface of a foundation.SOLUTION: A nut fastening tool 10 comprises a rotary base disk part 11 for fastening a washer part 21 of a nut 20 with a washer, which is screwed to an anchor bolt 32 disposed in a through hole 31a formed on a foundation 31 and comprises a cylindrical nut part 22 and the washer part 21, to an upper surface of the foundation 31 without protruding. In the washer part 21 of the nut 20 with the washer, penetration engaging parts 23, 24 for engaging the rotary base disk part 11 are formed. In the rotary base disk part 11, cutting engagement projections 12, 13 protruding downward from the lower surface part and engaged with the penetration engaging parts 23, 24 are provided at positions corresponding to the penetration engaging parts 23, 24. In the rotary base disk part 11, a contact projection 15 protruding downward from the outer peripheral part and being brought into contact with the upper surface of the foundation 31 is provided.
【課題】土台の上面の座堀部に座金付きナットを締着させた際に、座金部の下面を座堀部に隙間なく密着させて、アンカーボルトに十分な引張り力を付与できるナット締着具を提供する。【解決手段】土台３１に形成された貫通穴３１ａに配設されたアンカーボルト３２に螺着される、筒状ナット部２２と座金部２１とからなる座金付きナット２０の座金部２１を、土台３１の上面に突出させることなく締着させるための、回転基盤部１１を備えるナット締着具１０であって、座金付きナット２０の座金部２１には、回転基盤部１１を係合させる貫通係合部２３，２４が形成されている。回転基盤部１１には、下面部から下方に突出して、貫通係合部２３，２４に係合される切削係合突起１２，１３が、貫通係合部２３，２４と対応する位置に設けられている。回転基盤部１１には、外周部分から下方に突出して、土台３１の上面に当接させる当接凸部１５が設けられている。【選択図】図１
