COMPOSITE BODY, HONEYCOMB STRUCTURE AND METHOD FOR PRODUCING THE COMPOSITE BODY
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a new composite body more satisfactory in conductivity and adhesion between a base material and a formation part, and a method for producing the same.SOLUTION: Provided is a composite body 120 provided with: a base material 122; and a formation part 130 made of a composite phase including a perovskite type oxide and a metal oxide different from the perovskite type oxide and formed on the base material. The composite body 120 may be produced, e.g., by a production method including a formation stage where a laminate arranged with inorganic raw material powder including compound powder and metal powder is fired in an oxidizing atmosphere to form a formation part 130 made of a perovskite type oxide and a metal oxide different from the perovskite type oxide and formed on the base material.
【課題】導電性及び基材と形成部との付着性のより良好な新規な複合体及びその製造方法の提供。【解決手段】基材122と、ペロブスカイト型酸化物とこのペロブスカイト型酸化物とは異なる金属酸化物とを含む複合相からなり基材上に形成された形成部130と、を備えている複合体120。複合体120は、例えば、基材122上に化合物粉末と金属粉末とを含む無機原料粉末を配置した積層体を、酸化性雰囲気下で焼成し、ペロブスカイト型酸化物とペロブスカイト型酸化物とは異なる金属酸化物とを含む複合相からなり基材上に形成された形成部130を形成する形成工程、を含む製造方法で製造されたものとしてもよい。【選択図】図3
