PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a draining device for allowing a bather prevent drowning when he/she detects abnormal conditions of his/her body, to be installed on an existing bathtub easily at low costs, without renovating the bathtub and others; and also to provide a draining device provided with warning means for notifying the abnormal situation to someone outside of the bathroom.SOLUTION: A draining device of the present invention is for emergency drainage of the bath water when an abnormal physical condition is detected during bath, and comprises a holding part, a connecting part connected with a drain plug, and a linking part that links the holding part and the connecting part. The holding part is a floating body of a shape that may be held easily with a hand of a bather. The holding part also has warning means for notifying the abnormal situation to someone outside of the bathroom.
【課題】本発明は、浴槽等を特に改装する必要がなく、安価かつ手軽に既存の浴槽に導入でき、入浴者自身が体の異常を感じた際に溺死を回避することができる排水具を提供することを第一の目的とする。第二に異常が発生していることを浴室外部に通報する手段を備えた排水具を提供することを目的とする。【解決手段】本発明は、入浴中身体に異常が発生した際に緊急で湯の排水を行う排水具であって、把持部と、排水栓と結合する結合部と、前記把持部と前記結合部を連結する連結部と、により構成され、前記把持部は浮体であり、かつ、入浴者の手で把持することが容易な形状であること、を特徴とする。また、前記把持部が浴室外部に異常を報知するための警報手段を備えたこと、を特徴とする。【選択図】 図１
