GROOVE FORMATION METHOD DURING HORIZONTALLY CUTTING AND REMOVING OF TELESCOPIC JOINT
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To form in a short period of time grooves that surround a telescopic joint when horizontally cutting and removing telescopic joints of a bridge and other structures with a wire saw.SOLUTION: Rail fixing devices 2 are fixed with anchor bolts 21 near both ends and both sides of the central part of a telescopic joint 1 that is cut and removed for installing traveling rails 30, 31 for wall saw machines 4. The wall saw machines 4 travel along the rails at the same time for simultaneously forming grooves 5A, 5B on both sides of the telescopic joint 1 and in the direction normal to the bridge axis. The rail fixing device 2 is rotated 90 degrees, without shifting the fixed position of the anchor bolt 21 of the rail fixing device 2, for laying rails 32, 33 in the bridge axis direction at both ends of the telescopic joint 1. The wall saw machines 4 cut the floor slab in the bridge axis direction for simultaneously forming grooves 5C, 5D at both ends of the telescopic joint 1. Thus, grooves 5, on which a diamond wire saw travels and surround the telescopic joint 1, are formed in a short period of time.
【課題】橋梁等の伸縮継手をワイヤソー工法で水平切断撤去するための伸縮継手を囲む溝の形成を短時間でおこなう。【解決手段】ウォールソーマシン4の走行用レール30、31を設置するために切断撤去する伸縮継手1の左右両端近傍、及び伸縮継手1の中央部の両側の近傍にレール固定装置2をアンカーボルト21で固定し、これらのレールに沿ってウォールソーマシン4を同時に稼動させて伸縮継手1を挟む橋軸直角方向の溝5A、5Bを同時に形成し、レール固定装置2のアンカーボルト21の固定位置を移動させることなくレール固定装置2を90度回転して伸縮継手の両端部においてレール32、33を橋軸方向に配設し、ウォールソーマシン4によって床版を橋軸方向に切削して伸縮継手1の両端部に溝5C、5Dを同時に形成して伸縮継手を囲むダイヤモンドワイヤソー走行用の溝5を短時間で形成できるようにした。【選択図】図1
