PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a building having an alcove structure capable of securing a degree of freedom of a room layout, while restraining an increase in cost.SOLUTION: An alcove beam 146 is oppositely arranged in the building vertical direction to a ceiling beam 54, and one end part of the alcove beam 146 is connected to one end part 88A of a floor girder 82. An upper end part of a wall frame 104 for constituting an alcove sidewall panel 98 is fixed to the ceiling beam 54 directly or via a member, and a lower end part of the wall frame 104 is fixed to the alcove beam 146 directly or via a member. Thus, the alcove sidewall panel 98 can be fixed to a skeleton frame 80 without adding a column to the skeleton frame 80. Since the wall frame 104 for constituting the alcove sidewall panel 98 comprises muntins 106 and 108 extending in the building vertical direction, rigidity is imparted to the alcove sidewall panel 98.
【課題】コストの増加を抑制しつつ間取りの自由度を確保することができるアルコーブ構造を備えた建物を得る。【解決手段】アルコーブ小梁１４６が天井小梁５４と建物上下方向に対向して配置されており、当該アルコーブ小梁１４６の一端部が床大梁８２の一端部８８Ａと連結されている。また、アルコーブ側壁パネル９８を構成する壁フレーム１０４の上端部が直接又は部材を介して天井小梁５４に固定されると共に、当該壁フレーム１０４の下端部が直接又は部材を介してアルコーブ小梁１４６に固定されている。このため、アルコーブ側壁パネル９８を、躯体フレーム８０に柱を追加することなく当該躯体フレーム８０に対して固定することができる。さらに、アルコーブ側壁パネル９８を構成する壁フレーム１０４は、建物上下方向に延在する縦桟１０６、１０８を含んで構成されているため、当該アルコーブ側壁パネル９８に剛性が付与される。【選択図】図１
