MANUFACTURE AND BACKFILLING METHOD OF FLUIDIZATION TREATMENT SOIL AND SYSTEM THEREOF

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a new system in backfilling by fluidization treatment soil.SOLUTION: The present application invention constructs a circulation system having a mixing device 4, a storage tank 2 for storing a treatment object liquid (w) and a compound storage part 3 for storing a compound (h), by using a continuously mixing type mixing device 4 for continuously mixing-discharging the treatment object liquid (w) and the compound (h), by receiving supply of the treatment object liquid (w) and the compound (h) including a solidification agent. The storage tank 2 and the compound storage part 3 are connected to the supply side of the mixing device 4, and the storage tank 2 is connected to the discharge side of the mixing device 4. The treatment object liquid (w) is circulated by the circulation system by repeating a step of generating a mixture (m) by mixing the treatment object liquid (w) of the storage tank 2 and the compound (h) of the compound storage part 3 by the mixing device 4 and a step of carrying the generated mixture (m) to the storage tank 2, to thereby manufacture fluidization treatment soil of enhancing the concentration of the compound (h) in the mixture (m) up to a predetermined concentration.

【課題】流動化処理土による埋め戻しにおいて、新たなシステムを提供する。【解決手段】本願発明は、被処理液ｗと、固化剤を含む配合物ｈとの供給を受けて、被処理液ｗと配合物とｈを連続的に混合排出する連続混合式のミキシング装置４を用い、ミキシング装置４と、被処理液ｗを収容する収容タンク２と、配合物ｈを収容する配合物収容部３とを備えた循環システムを構築する。ミキシング装置４の供給側に、収容タンク２と配合物収容部３とを接続し、ミキシング装置４の排出側に収容タンク２を接続する。収容タンク２の被処理液ｗと、配合物収容部３の配合物ｈとを、ミキシング装置４で混合して混合物ｍを生成するステップと、生成した混合物ｍを収容タンク２に搬送するステップとを繰り返すことによって、被処理液ｗを循環システムにて循環させ、混合物ｍにおける配合物ｈの濃度を所定の濃度にまで高めた流動化処理土を製造する。【選択図】図１
