PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a building material for a floor for stabilizing quality, by reducing a manufacturing process, by stably producing a desired color tone.SOLUTION: A building material for a floor is formed by laminating a thermoplastic resin molding on a woody base material, and is formed by blending paper powder of 15-60 wt.% and a coloring pigment of 0-10 wt.% in the thermoplastic resin molding, and is also formed by laminating a decorative sheet on a surface of the thermoplastic resin molding. Since high-degree processing is applied to paper in the processing stage thereof without including wood flour being a natural object, a stable color-tone quality can be secured by blending the paper powder of using this as a raw material.
【課題】所望の色目を安定して出し、製造工程を減らし、品質を安定させた床用建材を提供すること。【解決手段】木質系基材上に熱可塑性樹脂成形体を積層してなる床用建材において、前記熱可塑性樹脂樹脂成形体に紙粉１５〜６０重量％と着色顔料０〜１０重量％を配合してなること、また前記熱可塑性樹脂成形体の表面に化粧シートを積層してなることを特徴とする。自然物である木粉を含有せず、紙はその加工段階で高度な処理を施しているため、これを原料とした紙粉を配合することで安定した色調品質を確保することが可能となる。【選択図】 図１
