NON-WELDING SPACER METAL FITTING OF REINFORCED CAGE
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a non-welding spacer metal fitting of a reinforced cage, easily fixable without welding, in a state of surely swelling a swelling part to the outside of the reinforced cage.SOLUTION: In a state of wrapping-holding from the falling direction of a swelling part 23 by inserting an outside part in the circumferential direction of a main reinforcement 11 into a cutout hole of a first piece 24 together with a standing part 29 of the swelling part 23 of a spacer 21 in four places of an equal interval in the circumferential direction of a reinforced cage body, screw parts 34 and 34 of a U-shaped bolt 27 of wrapping-holding the main reinforcement 11 together with a proximity side end part 32 of the spacer 21 from the inner surface side of the reinforced cage body, are inserted into a bolt insertion hole 33 of a second piece 25 and are fastened by a but 28, so that the second piece 25 is firmly fixed to the main reinforcement 11 together with the proximity side end part 32 of the spacer 21 while making the cutout hole of the first piece 24 bite in an outside part in the circumferential direction of the main reinforcement 11 and the standing part 29 of the swelling part 23 of the spacer 21 by fastening of the U-shaped bolt 27 and the nut 28.
【課題】鉄筋籠の外方へ膨出部を確実に膨出させた状態で無溶接により簡単に固定することができる鉄筋籠の無溶接スペーサー金具を提供する。【解決手段】鉄筋籠本体の周方向等間隔の4箇所において主筋11の周方向外側部分をスペーサー21の膨出部23の立ち上がり部分29と共に第1片24の切欠穴に挿通して膨出部23の倒れ方向から包持した状態で、主筋11を鉄筋籠本体の内面側からスペーサー21の近接側端部32と共に包持したU字ボルト27の螺子部34,34を第2片25のボルト挿通孔33に挿通してナット28で締結することで、U字ボルト27及びナット28の締め付けによって、第1片24の切欠穴を主筋11の周方向外側部分及びスペーサー21の膨出部23の立ち上がり部分29に食い込ませながら、第2片25をスペーサー21の近接側端部32と共に主筋11に対し強固に固定している。【選択図】図3
