PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an exterior panel that does not protrude outward when opened and that does not become a hindrance to a prospect.SOLUTION: An exterior panel 20 includes: stationary panels 22 that are fixed with a space in between to a mullion provided in a skeleton; a movable panel 24 that is moved to open/close an opening formed between the stationary panels 22; a guide mechanism 13 for guiding the movable panel 24 in a vertically movable manner; and an operation member 40 for moving the movable panel 24 from inside the skeleton.
【課題】開放させた際に外側へ突出することなく、眺望の邪魔とならない外装パネルを提供する。【解決手段】外装パネル２０は、躯体に設けられた方立に間をおいて固定された固定パネル２２と、移動して固定パネル２２の間に形成された開口を開閉する可動パネル２４と、可動パネル２４を上下方向へ移動可能にガイドするガイド機構１３と、躯体内から可動パネル２４を移動させる操作部材４０と、を有する。【選択図】図３
