SINGLE SLIDING DOOR FRAME STRUCTURE
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To facilitate inventory control of head jambs for single sliding door frames, easily constitute a head jamb with high accuracy in which outer ends of a long head jamb member and a short head jamb member are aligned, and prevent opening/closing difficulties such as rattling and rubbing from occurring.SOLUTION: A single sliding door frame structure, in which a head jamb 10 comprises a long head jamb member 11 and a short head jamb member 12, is characterized in that: a joint guide member insertion groove 14 is provided along the longitudinal direction on each of opposing surfaces of the long head jamb member and the short head jamb member; a fixing groove 19 is formed along the longitudinal direction of the long head jamb member; a fitting ridge 15 is formed on the short head jamb member; and a depth of the joint guide member insertion groove 14 is larger than a protrusion dimension of the fitting ridge 15. Further, the head jamb is assembled to the single sliding door frame by inserting a plurality of short-formed joint guide members 20 into the joint guide member insertion groove 14, aligning outer end parts of the long head jamb member and the short head jamb member, and thereafter, inserting the fitting ridge into the fixing groove.
【課題】片引戸枠の鴨居の在庫管理を容易にし、長鴨居部材と短鴨居部材の外端の位置が揃った精度の高い鴨居を容易に構成でき、がたつきや擦れ等の片引戸の開閉支障が生じないようにする。【解決手段】鴨居10を長鴨居部材11と短鴨居部材12とから構成させる片引戸枠構造において、対向する各々の面に、長手方向に沿って連結誘導部材挿入溝14が備えられ、長鴨居部材には長手方向に沿って固定溝19が形成され、短鴨居部材には嵌合凸条15が形成され、連結誘導部材挿入溝14の深さが前記嵌合凸条15の突出寸法よりも大きく、短尺に形成された複数の連結誘導部材20が連結誘導部材挿入溝14に挿入されて、長鴨居部材と短鴨居部材の外端部の位置が揃えられてから、嵌合凸条が前記固定溝に挿入されて片引戸枠に組み立てられることを特徴とした。【選択図】図1
