TSUNAMI EVACUATION UNDERGROUND SHELTER FOR WHEELCHAIR USER
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To devise a method for largely shortening an evacuation time, since a movement distance to an evacuation facility is very long for an aged person, a child and a visually handicapped person, particularly, including a wheelchair user, and twenty thousands or more of citizens were lost without completing evacuation in the East Japan Earthquake Disaster.SOLUTION: There is provided a structure that a wheelchair user can evacuate to the inside of a shelter body 1 by oneself without requiring assistance of a third person and that the wheelchair user is escapable to the outside of the shelter body 1 and a shelter dock 2 by oneself also when escaping.
【課題】東日本震災で二万人以上の市民が避難を完了することなくして亡くなった、それは避難施設までの移動距離は、特に車いす利用者を始めとした老人や子供や視覚障害者などにとって非常に長いので、避難時間を大幅に短縮する工法を考案した。【解決手段】車いす使用者が、第三者の補助を必要としなくても、自力でシェルター本体１の内部へ避難出来る構造とした。脱出に際しても、自力でシェルター本体１及びシェルタードック２の外部へ脱出できる構造とした。【選択図】図１
