PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a gypsum hardened body having small specific gravity and including an inorganic material-made strength improver not affecting fire retardancy.SOLUTION: The production method of a gypsum hardened body having a specific gravity of 0.3 to 0.8 is provided which comprises: a gypsum slurry production step of producing a gypsum slurry by kneading plaster, calcium hydrogen phosphate dihydrate, water and foam; a molding step of molding the gypsum slurry; and a hardening step of hardening a molded body obtained in the molding step. The gypsum slurry contains the calcium hydrogen phosphate dihydrate at a percentage of 0.01 to 5 pts.mass based on 100 pts.mass of the plaster and further contains organic carboxylic acid and/or organic carboxylate.
【課題】難燃性に影響を与えない無機材料の強度向上剤を含む比重の小さい石膏硬化体の提供。【解決手段】焼石膏と、リン酸水素カルシウム二水和物と、水と、泡と、を混練して石膏スラリーを製造する石膏スラリー製造工程と、前記石膏スラリーを成形する成形工程と、前記成形工程で得られた成形体を硬化させる硬化工程とを含む石膏硬化体の製造方法により、比重が0.3〜0.8である石膏硬化体を製造する方法。前記石膏スラリーは、前記焼石膏100質量部に対して、前記リン酸水素カルシウム二水和物を0.01〜5質量部の割合で含み、有機カルボン酸及び/又は有機カルボン酸塩をさらに含む石膏硬化体。【選択図】図3
