CONCRETE SKELETON REINFORCEMENT METHOD
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a concrete skeleton reinforcement method capable of solidly filling a gap between a shear reinforcement member and the inner wall face of a drill hole with a fixing agent even in a deep drill hole in a short work period at low cost while satisfying the requirements for material/equipment which may come into contact with water in a water purification treatment process.SOLUTION: The concrete skeleton reinforcement method includes the steps of: inserting a fixing agent capsule 5 which contains cement mortar 5a as the fixing agent in a cylindrical container 5b into a drill hole 4 after allowing the cement mortar 5a to absorb water 6 by bringing the fixing agent capsule 5 into contact with the water 6; and breaking the cylindrical container 5b by inserting the reinforcing bar 8 as the shear reinforcement member into the drill hole 4 to fill a space between the inner wall face of the drill hole 4 and the reinforcing bar 8 with the cement mortar 5a flowing out from the cylindrical container 5b.
【課題】浄水処理過程において水に接する資機材の基準を満たし、長い奥行の削孔であってもせん断補強部材と削孔の内壁面との隙間の隅々にまで定着材を充填でき、短工期で安価に施工できるコンクリート躯体補強工法を提供する。【解決手段】コンクリート躯体補強工法は、筒状容器5bに定着材であるモルタル5aが封入されている定着材カプセル5に水6を接触させることによって、モルタル5aに水6を吸収させてから、定着材カプセル5を削孔4に挿入する工程と、せん断補強部材である補強鉄筋8を削孔4に挿し込み、筒状容器5bを突き破ることによって、そこから流出したモルタル5aを削孔4の内壁面と補強鉄筋8との間に充填する工程とを、有するものである。【選択図】図1
