FITTING STRUCTURE OF ELASTO-PLASTIC DAMPER TO EXISTING STRUCTURAL MEMBER
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To add an elasto-plastic damper to an existing structural member in a state the plastic deformation capacity of the existing structural member functions, which is shear-deformed when the existing structural member receives shear force in an in-plane direction.SOLUTION: A part of an existing structural member 3 in an H-direction in a partial segment 31 is removed while leaving the other part excluding end parts in the axial direction. A pair of attaching members 4, 4 for jointing the elasto-plastic damper 5 to the webs 3b of the existing structural member 3 are jointed to the webs 3b at both sides interposing the removed portion 32 of the existing structural member 3 in the axial direction at a certain distance from each other in the axial direction of the existing structural member 3. The elasto-plastic damper 5 is disposed bridging between the pair of attaching members 4, 4 and jointed thereto.
【課題】既存構造部材に面内方向のせん断力を受けてせん断変形する弾塑性ダンパーを付加する場合に、既存構造部材の塑性変形能力を発揮し得る状態で、既存構造部材に弾塑性ダンパーを付加する。【解決手段】既存構造部材3の軸方向の端部を除く一部区間31の成方向の一部を、他の一部を残して除去し、除去部分32を既存構造部材3の軸方向に挟んだ両側のウェブ3bに、弾塑性ダンパー5を既存構造部材3のウェブ3bに接合するための取付部材4、4を、既存構造部材3の軸方向に互いに距離を置き、対になって接合し、対になった両取付部材4、4間に弾塑性ダンパー5を跨って設置し、各取付部材4に接合する。【選択図】図1
