BUILDING VIBRATION CONTROL DEVICE
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a building vibration control device which is compactly installed in a building and can stably secure constant damping force.SOLUTION: In a building vibration control device 10 which comprises a support frame 20 and a damper 30, leg sections of the support frame 20 are fixed to fixing means 40 (50) installed on a substructure (a floor beam 102). One edge section of the damper 30 is fixed to a superstructure (ceiling beam 103) by a pin connection and the other edge section thereof is fixed to an apex section of the support frame 20 by the pin connection. Also, a vibration prevention section 70 is installed on the apex section of the support frame 20 and vibration prevention guides 71 and 71 extended along a damping direction of the damper 30 are installed on the superstructure (the ceiling beam 103). The vibration prevention section 70 is prevented from being vibrated in a direction perpendicular to the damping direction of the damper 30 by the vibration prevention guides 71 and 71.
【課題】 建物内にコンパクトに設置され、かつ一定の減衰力を安定的に確保できる建物用の制振装置を提供すること。【解決手段】 建物用の制振装置10において、支持フレーム20とダンパ30とを有して構成され、支持フレーム20の脚部が下部構造体(床梁102)に設けた取付手段40(50)に固定され、ダンパ30の一端部が上部構造体(天井梁103)にピン結合されるとともに、ダンパ30の他端部が支持フレーム20の頂部にピン結合され、支持フレーム20の頂部に振れ止め部70が設けられるとともに、ダンパ30の制振方向に沿って延在する振れ止めガイド71、71が上部構造体(天井梁103)に設けられ、振れ止め部70は振れ止めガイド71、71によってダンパ30の制振方向に交差する方向への振れが防止されるもの。【選択図】 図1
