PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a Tsunami evacuation device capable of evacuating from a Tsunami by the other means without relying on only a tower type Tsunami evacuation device.SOLUTION: An evacuation capsule comprises air supply exhaust means having an evacuation port opened in a height of a side surface medium stage height or more among a top surface and a side surface so as to be openable-closable by a sealing member, for connecting its evacuation space and the outside with a hexahedron having a top surface, a bottom surface, left-right side surfaces and front-rear surfaces and having a watertight system evacuation space on the inside as a basic body and a floating checking anchor for providing climbing-descending means such as a slope or stairs in a side overhang shape for slantingly climbing from the ground side on the left-right side surfaces and providing a weight capable of evacuating an evacuator upward and also turning the top surface upward in floating time in a bottom part.
【課題】 タワー型津波避難装置のみに頼ることなく他の手段により津波からの避難を可能にした津波避難装置を提供することを目的とする。【解決手段】 天面・底面・左右側面・前後面を有し内部に水密式の避難空間をもつ６面体を基本体としその避難空間と外部とを連絡するものとして天面および側面のうち側面中段高さ以上の高さに開けられた避難口を密閉部材で開閉可能に備えるとともに給排気手段を備え左右の側面には地盤側から傾斜して登るようにしたスロープあるいは階段などの登降手段が側方張出状に設けられて避難者を上方に避難可能とされかつ底部には浮上時において天面を上に向けるようにするウエイトが設けられるとともに浮遊阻止用錨を備えてなる避難カプセルである。【選択図】図１
