DEVICE AND METHOD FOR INSPECTING INSIDE OF CHIMNEY
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce the size and the weight of a camera head for imaging an inside of a chimney, and to facilitate inspection of the inside of the chimney.SOLUTION: A camera 12 capable of imaging at least the side and the lower side and capable of varying an imaging direction is mounted on a camera head 10. The camera head 10 is hung down to an inside from a top of a chimney 9L, and the inside of the chimney 9L is imaged by the camera 12. A controller 20 including a remote control section 23 and a monitor 29 are installed on the outside of the chimney 9L. An image taken by the camera 12 is displayed on the monitor 29, and the imaging direction of the camera 12 is remotely controlled by the remote control section 23.
【課題】煙突内を撮影するカメラヘッドをコンパクト化及び軽量化し、煙突内検査を簡易に行う。【解決手段】カメラヘッド１０には、少なくとも側方及び下方を撮影可能かつ撮影方向可変のカメラ１２が搭載されている。このカメラヘッド１０を煙突９Ｌの頂部から内部に吊り降ろし、カメラ１２によって煙突９Ｌの内部を撮影する。煙突９Ｌの外部には遠隔操作部２３を含むコントローラ２０及びモニタ２９を設置する。モニタ２９にカメラ１２の撮影画像を表示するとともに、遠隔操作部２３によってカメラ１２の撮影方向を遠隔制御する。【選択図】図１
