PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an ordinary-temperature curable epoxy resin composition capable of hardening quickly not only at ordinary temperature but especially at low temperatures without heating and an adhesive and a repair/reinforcement method of structure using the composition.SOLUTION: An ordinary-temperature curable epoxy resin composition comprises an ingredient (A) an epoxy resin, (B) one or more compounds selected from aliphatic polyamines, alicyclic polyamines and their modified products and (C) a complex of a boron halide and an amine compound, hardens quickly at ordinary temperature, especially in a low-temperature environmental atmosphere, like outdoors in winter, without need of heating, and secures a sufficient usable time. An injection agent, a coating and an adhesion using the composition harden in a low-temperature environmental atmosphere while securing a sufficient usable time. A repair/reinforcement method of a structure using the composition is also provided.
【課題】加熱することなく、常温のみならず特に低温下において迅速に硬化しうる常温硬化性エポキシ樹脂組成物の提供、及び、該組成物を用いた接着剤と、該組成物を用いた構造物の補修・補強方法の提供。【解決手段】常温硬化性エポキシ樹脂組成物を、（Ａ）成分であるエポキシ樹脂と、（Ｂ）成分である脂肪族ポリアミン、脂環式ポリアミン及びそれらの変性物よりなる群から選ばれた１種以上の化合物と、（Ｃ）成分であるハロゲン化ホウ素とアミン化合物との錯体とを含有することを特徴とするものとすることにより、常温、特には冬季屋外などの低温環境雰囲気下においても加熱を要することなく迅速硬化し、十分な可使時間の確保がされ、さらに、該エポキシ樹脂組成物を用いることで、低温環境雰囲気下において、十分な可使時間を備えつつも硬化する注入剤、コーティング、接着剤が提供でき、構造物の補修・補強が可能となる。【選択図】 なし
