DOOR DEVICE HAVING RAIL CLEANING TOOL
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a door device having a rail cleaning tool, rich in durability and excellent in the cleaning effect, capable of wiping out-removing even foreign matter brought into close contact with a rail surface, needless to say comparatively light dust and foreign matter, while maintaining the cleaning effect over a long period.SOLUTION: A door panel 2 is openably-closably supported by a guide rail 1 via a travel body 5. A rail cleaning tool 38 for cleaning a rail part 7 of the guide rail 1 is provided in a cylinder cap 24 of a cylinder body 20 for moving by interlocking with opening-closing of the door panel 2. The rail cleaning tool 38 comprises a cleaning tool holder 46 and a cleaning body 47. The cleaning body 47 is formed of a mohair seal having a base part 49 fixed to the cleaning tool holder 46 and a pile mass 50 closely planted in the base part 49. The pile mass 50 of the cleaning body 47 wipes out-removes dust and foreign matter sticking to a rail surface 7a, by going together with the opening-closing movement of the door panel 2.
【課題】耐久性に富み、長期にわたって清掃効果を維持できるうえ、比較的軽い塵埃や異物はもちろんのこと、レール表面に密着している異物でも払拭除去できる、清掃効果に優れたレール清掃具を備えているドア装置を提供する。【解決手段】ドアパネル２を、走行体５を介してガイドレール１で開閉可能に支持する。ドアパネル２の開閉に連動して移動するシリンダー本体２０のシリンダーキャップ２４に、ガイドレール１のレール部７を清掃するレール清掃具３８を設ける。レール清掃具３８は、清掃具ホルダー４６と清掃体４７とを備えている。清掃体４７は、清掃具ホルダー４６に固定されるベース部４９と、ベース部４９に密植されるパイル塊５０とを備えたモヘアシールで形成する。ドアパネル２の開閉移動に同行して、清掃体４７のパイル塊５０がレール表面７ａに付着している塵埃および異物を払拭除去する。【選択図】図１
